Michigan Wrestling Academy ("we," "us," or "our")

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the team management application at mwastrength.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
About the Service
The Service is a private team application for our wrestling program. It provides workout tracking, conditioning tools, practice schedules, attendance, team communication, and team dues information for enrolled athletes, their parents, and coaching staff.
Accounts
- Accounts are provided as part of team enrollment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private.
- Athlete accounts are for the enrolled athlete's use only. Parent accounts provide view access to your own child's information.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the Service, including inappropriate conduct on the team message board.
SMS Notification Program Terms
Program name: MWA Wrestling Team Notifications
Program description: Users who opt in will receive text messages from MWA Wrestling including practice reminders, schedule changes, tournament and event information, and team announcements.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the Service or participating in the team.
- Message frequency varies based on team activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at steve@michiganwrestlingacademy.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others or attempt to access another user's information
- Post abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content in team communication features
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Health and Training Disclaimer
The Service provides training programs and tools designed for our team under coaching supervision. Participation in athletic training carries inherent risk. Consult a physician before beginning any training program. Nothing in the Service is medical advice.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its training programs and content, belongs to us. You may use it only for participation in our team program.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
